Salandra and Brody will report to Gary Blitz, Aon’s co-CEO of global M&A and transaction solutions and global head of tax insurance.
Salandra joins Aon from MUFG Bank, where he served as managing director of global financial solutions. He has also served as managing director of cross-asset solutions at Bank of America.

Meanwhile, Brody previously served as tax principal in Ernst & Young’s international tax and transaction practice. He has deep experience in corporate tax strategy, tax risk mitigation, and litigation of tax controversy.
