Suffolk’s appointment is effective immediately, as she replaces the retiring Pam Chichester.
In her new role Suffolk will be based in Burbank, CA and will report to AGCS global head of entertainment Lauren R. Bailey.
“Nancy is a well-respected leader in the global entertainment insurance market and we are delighted to welcome her to the AGCS team,” Bailey said in a statement. “Her extensive background in underwriting, product development and automated systems will be instrumental in expanding and solidifying our global entertainment footprint.”
Suffolk has over 25 years of experience serving in the entertainment insurance space. She was most recently a national underwriting manager and entertainment product head with Hiscox’s US entertainment division. While at Hiscox, she was responsible for launching the company’s entertainment practice in 2011. Prior to this, she led Chubb Entertainment’s western division.
