The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has hired Chenoa Dall (pictured) as vice president and employee benefits producer.
Hailing from Vermont, Dall initially started her professional career in education. She spent several years teaching history, civics, and economics, and coaching varsity girls’ soccer. These roles allowed her to hone her leadership, mentorship, and relationship-building skills, which have been crucial to her success in the insurance industry.
Dall transitioned to the insurance field following her move to Naples, FL, where she began working in work-site benefits before transitioning to the brokera side of the industry. At Brown & Brown Insurance (formerly Hays Companies) and McGriff Insurance, Dall excelled as an employee benefits producer.
In her new position at Liberty, Dall will play a key role in creating and sustaining comprehensive employee benefits programs. Her unique combination of educational and insurance knowledge is expected to allow the VP to deliver exceptional service and strategic solutions to Liberty clients.
Reflecting on her decision to join Liberty, Dall stated: “I was drawn to Liberty because of its unique culture, support of its employees, and the opportunity to work under the leadership of industry veteran Tom Hayes.
“I’m excited to contribute to a team that champions innovation and integrity in everything we do.”
In a separate announcement, Liberty also revealed the arrival of Erin Gaston as managing director for entertainment.
“The chance to work in a new and dynamic environment and collaborate with a talented team of insurance professionals is truly exciting,” Gaston commented. “I am eager to leverage my experience to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to Liberty’s entertainment clients.”
Gaston’s credentials include time spent as managing director at Momentous Insurance Brokerage.
Recent appointments at Liberty include Stephen Poux as executive vice president, risk management; Frederick DeFinis as senior vice president, commercial lines; Joe Clark as Liberty Select president; Rogelio Canizalez as commercial lines producer; and Katie Pope as executive lines VP.
