Ethan is a multi-award-winning insurance professional who began his career through Aon's prestigious apprenticeship scheme. With over 8 years of experience at Aon, Ethan specializes in broking Cyber, Data and Tech E&O risks for global and mid-market firms. Ethan won the BIBA Young Broker of the Year award for 2024, and also holds qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, the British Computer Society, and Microsoft. Outside of work, he enjoys football, gaming, and proudly embraces his inner 'geek.'
