Named Woman in Insurance (small and medium companies) 2023, Clare is co-founder and Business Development Director of Talbot Jones Ltd, a Gateshead based chartered insurance brokerage specialist in supporting Third Sector and Professional Services firms. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Durham University exploring how to increase robustness in micro and small organisations. With a passion for building individual and organisational confidence and resilience, she is Director of the Organisation for Responsible Businesses, a charity trustee, Deputy Chair of Convocation at Newcastle University, business advisor for a charity supporting women to develop their enterprising ideas and advocate for neurodivergent inclusion.
