Laura Devoir has joined Markel International in London as an underwriter and senior credit analyst.
“We are delighted to have Laura join Markel International’s UK & Europe trade credit team,” said senior underwriter and UK & Europe head Adrian Jones. “Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role which will be beneficial for brokers, insureds, and our trade credit team as a whole.

In Markel International’s announcement, it was noted that Devoir’s 23 years of trade credit experience includes time spent at Tokio Marine HCC and AIG. Her LinkedIn profile also shows nearly a decade with Amlin.
