Emerging on top with the highest overall satisfaction score of 74.9% is Allianz, which also bested its peers when it comes to claims with a score of 76.04%. The underwriting category, meanwhile, was dominated by Aviva with its 75.11% score.
“Our bi-annual survey continues to be the established barometer of insurer performance underpinning our commitment to customers to deliver a quality service,” stated Brokerbility director Julie Rayson Flynn.
“As we come out of the pandemic, during which clients and brokers generally experienced deteriorating insurer service, we will be using the results and comparisons to give insurers detailed constructive feedback.”
Flynn added: “It’s vital that we work with our insurer partners to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and our brokers are established as the insurers’ preferred partners.”
According to the broker club, which is part of the Clear Group, the satisfaction survey conducted among its members is a key component of the Brokerbility proposition.
