Swiss Re’s digital insurance platform iptiQ has added Darren Coomer to its management team.
Based in London, Coomer will serve as chief technology and operations officer (CTOO) at iptiQ. He made the switch from UK technology and business change transformation consultancy S&A Group.
“We are excited to welcome Darren Coomer as iptiQ’s new CTOO – Darren will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech strategy and ensuring excellence in sales and marketing on a global scale,” said iptiQ chief executive Carlo Bewersdorf.
“A part of this will mean further sharpening our digital B2B2C (business to business to consumer) insurance platform that allows trusted brands to swiftly roll out new insurance products and will enable our customer-centric and tech-driven growth ambitions.”
Coomer’s credentials include time spent at LV= and The Co-op.
