Raphael Zindi (pictured) has been appointed by insurance media technology provider Slipcase as chief commercial officer.

“I am excited to join Slipcase and be a part of this dynamic team,” said Zindi, who made the switch from S&P Global Market Intelligence where he was global head of insurance solutions.

“We are at the forefront of delivering an innovative service to the global (re)insurance industry, and I look forward to contributing to Slipcase’s ongoing growth and success.”

Zindi brings more than a decade of insurance industry experience to Slipcase. The newly created role will see him take charge of the company’s sales function.

“We are thrilled to welcome Raphael to the Slipcase team,” commented Slipcase chief executive Alex Hearn in an emailed release. “His experience and knowledge of the insurance industry will be invaluable as we continue to expand our business.
