Global insurer QBE has selected risk management solution provider Risk Solved to deliver its new digital risk-profiling solution, QRisk.
QRisk will allow customers to manage risk improvement recommendations, assess controls against best practice standards and the latest risk-management thinking, and access a range of other risk management services in real-time via their device of choice – mobile, tablet or PC.
The new risk-profiling solution will also give customers access to QBE’s leading self-assessment capabilities. These include a template sustainability policy and ESG framework, risk culture profiling tools, mental health and wellbeing action plans, plus tools designed to help SMEs identify, monitor, and manage issues that may affect their business.
“At QBE we are always looking at how we can evolve our services to better meet the ever-changing needs of our customers,” product development practice leader Jon Lawrence said. “Improved digital solutions are a core part of this and enable us to provide the best possible information.”
Risk Solved software will be configured to deliver deeper real-time analytics and insights across multiple lines of business for QBE’s international division, ultimately allowing QBE to be “more agile in delivering improved products and services to [customers],” Lawrence said.
QRisk is set to launch in June.
