British insurtech Aventus has launched in the Salesforce AppExchange, allowing Aventus’s customers to operate directly on the cloud and deliver innovative products to their own customers.
According to Aventus, its business model centres on connecting insurers and MGAs to a broader technology ecosystem. Its platform allows these firms to build and distribute insurance products. By joining Salesforce, Aventus said that it will allow its customers to connect to the wider Salesforce ecosystem, enabling live chat, telephony, communities and automated marketing. It will also give a single view of customers and delivers an end-to-end broker/agent-facing quote and bind journey and CRM within a single system.
Since its launch nine months ago, Aventus now serves both retail and wholesale insurance customers in the UK, US and Australia. It has been recognised by Fintech Global for its use of technology to generate cost savings and efficiency improvements across the insurance value chain. This, according to Aventus, can help solve the inherent legacy issues hounding the industry.
“Partnering with Salesforce in this way means our customers can take advantage of end-to-end automation and integrated CRM,” said Peter Goodman, founder and CEO of Aventus. “We have over 50 API integrations available through our platform, giving customers the agility to transform their tech stack to be customer-centric.”
