No-code insurance platform provider INSTANDA has bolstered its global content team with the addition of its first-ever in-house global content manager.

The company has named Emma Plummer (pictured above) in the role, a move aims that aims to advance the firm’s marketing and communication efforts.

Before joining INSTANDA, Plummer was the principal of On Point Content, a copywriting and content consultancy that counted INSTANDA among its clientele. A graduate of the University of Reading with a bachelor’s degree in history and sociology, Plummer resides in Colchester, UK.

Bringing over two decades of experience, she has honed her writing skills across various sectors, including insurance, healthcare, and legal services, contributing to organizations like Sanctuary Personnel, Suffolk Police, Crafted Media, and Royal London Insurance.

In her new role, Plummer will collaborate closely with Helen Williams, INSTANDA’s head of marketing, focusing on crafting and executing the company’s content strategy. Her role will encompass the creation of content aimed at insurers, agents, and brokers globally.

Tim Hardcastle, CEO and co-founder of INSTANDA, expressed enthusiasm about Plummer’s appointment.

“The addition of Emma to our marketing and communications team will help us amplify our message on how INSTANDA is moving the insurance industry forward by streamlining operations and distribution while enhancing the customer experience,” Hardcastle said.

He highlighted Plummer’s diverse background in insurance, public relations, marketing, and recruitment as invaluable for advancing INSTANDA’s narrative.

“INSTANDA is at the forefront of insurance innovation, and I am grateful for the opportunity to join this powerhouse team of industry specialists and forward-thinking tech experts. I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to share stories and raise INSTANDA’s profile related to the game-changing work our team is doing to streamline the insurance process through no-code technology,” Plummer said.

A few months ago, the firm expanded its expertise with the appointment of Geoff Keast as its new vice president of sales.
