It seems that amid the COVID-19 pandemic, everything is going digital – but Allianz hopes its new offering will boost brokers long after the virus is a distant memory.
The insurance giant has launched the Allianz Claims Hub, a new digital platform created for both brokers and motor fleet customers. It allows them to report claims and track them, with a new app, called Allianz Notify, also launched to boost the speed of submitting claims.
According to a release describing the new hub, it was outlined that it would provide “secure and convenient end-to-end claims notification and tracking.” Brokers can notify claims 24/7 with a dynamic question set that allows Allianz to progress claims straight away. It can also support documents and images that may need to be uploaded to support a claim. Meanwhile, the tracking tool will also offer updated information about the status of a repair with an Allianz Approved Repairer.
“Businesses across the UK are currently facing unprecedented challenges,” said Margaret Scott (pictured), head of claims strategy and customer experience at Allianz Insurance. “At this time it has never been more important for us to provide as much support as we can and make the claims process as easy as possible for our broker partners and customers.
“I’m proud that the Allianz Claims Hub allows our customers to quickly and conveniently notify and track motor fleet claims. Alongside the Allianz Notify App, we believe these digital claims assets will bring significant improvements to the claims journey for both our broker partners and motor customers.”
