Vista Insurance Brokers Limited has established a new regional subsidiary to better serve local clients.
The new Vista North West Limited (VNWL) will provide insurance solutions to SMEs in the North West region. It has tapped Daniel Stockley to help launch and lead the new regional business unit as managing director.
Stockley joins Vista from Henderson Insurance Brokers, where he worked for nine years – most recently as a branch director. He also previously served as head of sales at Bridge Insurance Brokers, and was a development executive with Jardine Lloyd Thompson.
“VNWL comes in to the market at a very interesting time, both in terms of commerce and the challenges faced by the insurance market; yet there is a genuine opportunity for an independent regional broker to offer clients what they need,” commented Stockley.
Stockley added that his 20-year insurance career had been spent primarily with some of the leading brokers in the North West.
“The prime objective of VNWL is to service the needs of SMEs and mid-corporate businesses within the local community,” he said.
“In my mind, keep it simple. Offer clients protection for their business interests at competitive levels, backed up with integrity.”
