It looks like Prizm Solutions Ltd’s year is off to a good start. Not only has the Staffordshire broker added an experienced insurance professional to its roster but it has also elevated four to higher positions.
In a release, the SME-focussed business announced the following staff changes, in addition to Stuart Brain’s arrival:

Pound (pictured above) has been with the company since it came to life in 2006, working her way up from her initial role as admin officer. Small (pictured immediately below) joined in 2008 as an account handler.
“Everyone has worked so hard during the pandemic and I am so proud to work with them all,” said managing director Peter Robinson, referring to the Prizm Solutions workforce.
“These promotions are well-deserved and we are looking forward to working with Stuart, who is well known in the insurance world and brings a lot of experience. I am delighted to welcome him to Prizm.”
Brain (pictured immediately above) brings years of experience from the likes of Thompson Rudd, Ault Insurance Brokers, Southall Harries, and Cowens Group. It’s unclear what post he is assuming at the Tamworth-based firm, which has not had to furlough any of its 14 employees despite the coronavirus crisis.
“Our success is down to the staff,” asserted Robinson. “I am very proud of them and how they have adapted and worked so hard during the lockdowns. They are a fantastic bunch of people and they have done me proud making sure we get through these difficult times.”
