The International Insurance Society (IIS) has announced the finalists for the 2024 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow award, a global mentorship initiative aimed at identifying emerging leaders in the insurance and risk management sectors.
The finalists were chosen from a group of mentees who conducted original research on key industry issues, with a panel of insurance executives evaluating their work for its practical relevance and innovative solutions.

These three finalists will participate in a panel session at the IIS Global Insurance Forum on November 18 in Miami. During the event, one finalist will be named the 2024 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow award winner.
Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), a global life and health reinsurer, sponsors the award and is a Gold Partner of the 2024 Global Insurance Forum. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program.
The program is designed to foster the next generation of insurance professionals who show executive leadership potential.
Josh Landau (pictured above), president of IIS, highlighted the program’s role in developing future industry leaders over the past decade, noting the importance of RGA’s partnership in supporting sustainable leadership.
“For the past decade, the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program has recognized exceptional individuals who are shaping the future of our industry with their innovative thinking,” Landau said.
Since its launch, the program has mentored 86 individuals from 17 countries.
