Eight years of sustained annual growth has brought digital insurer Policy Expert to an important milestone – crossing the 500,000 mark in terms of live home insurance policies in the UK.
Policy Expert, which sold its first policy in May 2011 after coming to life in the previous year, not only uses proprietary technology and data insights but also maintains full control of the end-to-end insurance process in-house. This spans product, sales, renewals, service, and claims.
