Consilium has announced the appointment of Rukhsana “Roxy” Zeb (pictured above) as the newest partner in its professional and executive risks solutions team. Zeb will leverage her expertise in financial and professional risks to drive service-driven growth in the UK, Ireland, and other key financial hubs.
In her role as partner, Zeb will play a pivotal part in the strategic growth of Consilium's professional and executive risks solutions team. This team oversees professional and financial lines, cyber, and fintech insurances globally for direct policyholder clients and retail and wholesale broking partners. Her responsibilities will include driving new business and providing support to existing clients through the cultivation of strong relationships and the delivery of exceptional service.
According to LinkedIn, she joins Consilium from Marsh, where she held the role of client development leader, financial institutions, FINPRO, Marsh Specialty. With over 20 years of experience in relationship management and the delivery of strategic advice across the professional and financial risk spectrum, including previous roles at both Aon and Gallagher, Zeb brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position.

In a news release, Consilium touted that its professional & executive risk solutions team has not only met but exceeded its ambitious revenue targets this year, achieving 156% of the budgeted revenue. The company anticipates an even higher growth rate in 2024, and Zeb’s appointment underscores a clear strategic commitment to achieving that goal.

Elsewhere for the Aventum-owned broker, Consilium recently announced the appointment of James Read as associate in Guernsey as part of expansion plans in the Channel Islands.
