Three senior underwriting hires have been picked by Aviva for its financial lines team within the company’s global corporate and specialty (GCS) business.
The new GCS colleagues are the following:
Shean, Goddard, and Albert were snapped up from AXIS Capital, Chubb, and Landmark Underwriting, respectively.
“I am delighted to announce these new senior underwriting hires to our financial lines team,” commercial underwriting and GCS managing director Matt Washington said in an emailed release. “They each bring with them significant experience and expertise that will help us provide best-in-class service for brokers and further solidifies Aviva’s commitment to financial lines.
“We are continuing to hire market-leading talent to build a stronger, more diverse GCS team. I am confident that Sam, Duncan, and Kate will help us deliver good customer outcomes, great service for our brokers and meet the ambitious growth targets we have set for the business.”
