Chartered insurance broker Partners&, which recently appointed Aaron Devitt as North and Midlands managing director, continues to build its presence in the region with the arrival of IFM Insurance Brokers (Midlands) Ltd.
Better known by its trading name IFM Select, the Nottingham-based commercial lines insurance broker specialises in the charity and care sectors and has a growing private client practice.
Lifting the lid on the deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, IFM Select owner Phil Cowell (pictured above) said: “The move provides us with an exciting opportunity to grow our business with a company that is as committed as we are to ensuring the very highest standards of service for our clients.
“The philosophy of Partners& building long-term relationships with insurers, clients, and staff for the best possible results was a compelling reason in the decision taken.”
Prior to its latest swoop, Partners& recently snapped up the likes of FOCUS Oxford Risk Management and Bolton broker Ives & Taylor.
