Global non-profit ISC Group has announced its partnership with insurance giant H.W. Kaufman to further its cause of strengthening the support for women working in the re/insurance industry, to further develop and advance their careers. According to ISC, Kaufman will be its inaugural global corporate partner for this endeavour.
The ISC Group stated that this partnership marks a significant milestone in the group’s mission to bridge the seniority gap for women across borders and foster greater gender parity in the sector.
Meanwhile, as ISC Group’s global corporate partner, Kaufman will remain committed to fostering the professional growth of women (re)insurance professionals worldwide. Furthermore, the tie-up will also allow Kaufman’s women associates to access ISC networking events and to participate in a variety of leadership roles within ISC events held in their local communities.
"ISC is well recognised for building a community of professionals that create pathways for executive counsel, mentorship, and unique business insights that truly elevate women in insurance,” H.W. Kaufman Group executive vice president Jodie Kaufman Davis (pictured, left) said.
Aside from the opportunity for Kaufman women associates to participate in ISC events, Davis is also hopeful that the partnership will give them the chance to get talented women to join their team as Kaufman continues to expand its operations worldwide.
ISC Group is positive that this partnership will further increase the community of women insurance professionals worldwide, and will open the door for greater collaboration and innovation within the re/insurance industry.
"As we embark on this innovative partnership with Kaufman, we're reinforcing ISC Group's commitment to championing women professionals globally," said Barbara Schonhofer MBE (pictured, right), the executive chair and founder of the ISC Group. “Through our tailored Global Corporate Partner package, we're not only bridging gaps in the industry but also setting a new standard for collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued."
