UKGlobal Leeds Ltd (part of UKGlobal Broking Group Ltd), which launched last year, yesterday welcomed its first acquisition - that of West Yorkshire-based Linton Greenwood Insurance Brokers. In a post on LinkedIn, co-directors of the brokerage, Rhys Jones and Dominic Hernon shared the news, and said they were “delighted and proud” to make the announcement.
“The Linton Greenwood team have earned a great reputation for offering solid service to their loyal customer base – having been established for over 35 years,” they posted. “The company complements the UKGlobal Leeds business since we are both wholly committed to providing local based community broking services.”
In addition, they noted that they are pleased to welcome the existing staff at Linton Greenwood to the UKGlobal Leeds team, and that they will join them with immediate effect.
