Existing travel insurance collaborators
Allianz Worldwide Partners (AWP) UK and Hood Group have a new affinity insurance agreement – this time catering to customers of P&O Ferries.
The British ferry operator, which advises all passengers to arrange travel insurance, will see the AWP-Hood Group offering integrated into the booking path on P&O Ferries’ website. The online cover may also be purchased through the company’s Ferry Essentials page.
“As an established travel insurance cover partner with proven expertise on a global scale, we felt that Allianz Worldwide Partners were a great fit for P&O Ferries and its customers,” said Hood Group business development director Paul Firkins. “This collaboration allows us to continue to build on the strength of our relationship with Allianz Worldwide Partners, working together to bring added value to our customers.”
Last year Hood Group signed a partnership deal with AWP as part of a
travel insurance proposition for Legal & General.
