Aston Lark has today revealed its acquisition of Absolute Products Ltd, a significant milestone for two reasons – it is the group’s first deal since the announcement of its own acquisition by Howden, and its 40th acquisition since formation in 2018. Established in 2002, the Leighton Buzzard-based Absolute Products provides a bespoke service to private clients in addition to a variety of commercial insurances for businesses.
Led by Nicki O’Gorman and Paul Szirbik, the business also represents Aston Lark’s 24th acquisition in 2021 alone. Commenting on the deal, Peter Blanc, Aston Lark group CEO, noted that the leaders share the group’s client-first ethos and he is certain they will both be very happy joining up with the Aston Lark team.
O’Gorman, director at Absolute Products, said: “We are delighted to be joining the Aston Lark group. We pride ourselves on offering clients first-class advice along with excellent customer service, and Aston Lark shares the same ethos. It is exciting that our clients will be able to benefit from the wide-ranging services and resources this great company can offer. Aston Lark is the ideal partner as we continue on our journey and we’re very much looking forward to the future as part of the group.”
Meanwhile, fellow director Szirbik added that the primary philosophy of the firm is to provide clients with a personal and professional service, and the team believe becoming part of Aston Lark will bring additional benefits to its clients.
