Reassured, a top UK life insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Zoe Odusina (pictured) as chief people officer. This strategic move is part of the company's dedication to fostering significant growth while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Zoe Odusina brings a wealth of experience to her new role at Reassured, having spent over three decades in the insurance sector. Previously, she held the position of operations director at Compre, where she played a pivotal role during a period of accelerated growth. Her responsibilities included the development of the company's inaugural HR and people strategy and the establishment of core company values. Before her time at Compre, Odusina occupied several high-level operational and commercial positions at RSA.

In her new role, Odusina will oversee numerous critical initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace environment. These include the implementation of Reassured’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, refining its employee value proposition, and expanding its employee benefits, including hybrid working arrangements. Her role also covers the company’s contributions to charity and broader community involvement.
