OneAdvent, a specialist managing general agent and broker services platform, has formed a strategic partnership with Solace Global Risk to boost its accident & health insurance proposition.

A company specialising in risk management and security services, Solace Global will help OneAdvent deliver a comprehensive insurance and risk management solution for its A&H MGA clientele.

Under the tie-up, OneAdvent will tap into Solace Global’s extensive international network of security professionals operating in 191 countries, providing localised support and round-the-clock global security operations.

Leading OneAdvent’s A&H MGA is its founder Alexis Fehler (pictured), an experienced underwriter who has introduced various bespoke products to the market.

Since launching more than two years ago, the A&H business has tailored insurance solutions for media organisations, charities, NGOs, and other entities, offering coverage for emergency medical treatment, repatriation expenses, permanent total disability, and business travel.

Fehler declared: “Situations like those in Ukraine and Gaza have emphasised the need for a comprehensive risk management solution. Our new partnership is set to address the complexities these hostile territories present to our clients.

“I’m delighted to be working with a team of specialist analysts and security forces at Solace to bolster our offering.”

Solace Global managing director Emily Roberts, meanwhile, added: “We have been enabling organisations to operate in hostile and complex environments for over a decade with tailored security processes and risk management strategies.

“I’m confident that with our proven success and specialist knowledge, we can offer that extra layer of support to clients to complement OneAdvent’s existing offering.”

The hostile territory partnership comes on the heels of Robert Aldous’ appointment as chief customer officer at Solace Global.

Roberts had this to say about the key hire: “We are excited to welcome Robert to Solace Global. His deep understanding of risk management and security, coupled with his passion for collaboration and innovation, will be instrumental in enhancing our customer and client experience, reinforcing our position as a growing leader in the security industry.”
