Legal & General has partnered with Co-op Insurance to provide life and critical illness cover to the co-operative’s members and customers.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Legal & General to offer our members and customers peace of mind and protection for themselves and their families,” Co-op Insurance partnership development manager Matthew Collings said in an emailed release.
“This partnership is part of our ongoing commitment to provide products and services that make a difference to our customers’ lives, and to support them through every stage of their journey. We share Legal & General’s values of putting customers first and offering quality products that are easy to understand and access.”
According to the announcement, members of the co-operative will have access to exclusive benefits. As for the products, over-50s fixed life insurance, as well as life insurance and decreasing life insurance with or without critical illness cover, will be offered. Complimentary services include Legal & General’s Care Concierge and Wellbeing Support via RedArc.

Life and over-50s policies will be available from £5 per month.
