Lloyd’s is now accepting applications for its 2024 graduate programmes.
Next year, the centuries-old insurance marketplace is running seven core programmes for those who get to join Lloyd’s as graduates. According to the Early Careers at Lloyd’s brochure, the recruitment process will involve a strengths-based online assessment, a strengths-based video interview, and an immersive assessment centre.
A competitive salary and an “enviable” range of benefits await the successful candidates.
The start of the application process was announced by recruiter Isabela Cecconi on LinkedIn.
“We’re offering two-year graduate programmes at Lloyd’s in 2024, all designed to launch your career in the Corporation,” Lloyd’s says in the brochure.
“Programmes are rotational, designed to give you an encompassing range of experiences to discover your strengths and interests. Equipped with those insights, you’ll be able to choose your professional path and achieve your aspirations.”
