The quest to identify the UK’s leading cyber insurers for 2024 was underpinned by a 15-week evaluation process.
The IBUK team drew upon the expertise of industry veterans, conducting detailed interviews with specialist brokers and canvassing opinions through surveys within its extensive network. This approach provided deep insights into the professional community’s views on the cyber insurance products currently on the market.
Brokers were initially asked to identify the attributes they value most in cyber insurance policies. Following this, they evaluated how well insurers performed against these desired features. Key assessment criteria included the strength of insurer-broker relationships, claims handling capabilities, underwriting proficiency, and the overall quality of the cyber insurance products offered.
Among the acclaimed recipients was Travelers Europe.
