Insurance brokers in the UK who arrange construction cover for clients have had their say, picking the best insurance companies for construction in Britain – they’re recognised in this year’s Brokers on Construction report by Insurance Business UK.
Identified following a nationwide study, the 5-Star award winners were rated based on their work quality, specialist expertise, and client service. Those who received the highest ratings made it to the list.
Among the insurers that made the cut is QBE, which has both the appetite and capacity to insure businesses no matter how big. Additionally, while the insurer is a global enterprise, it has the local sector expertise, having had long-term relationships with 20 of the top construction companies in the country.
“We are focused on providing a consistent approach for the benefit of our customers,” said Andy Kane, head of construction and engineering for QBE in Europe.
