When it was announced that
Finch Group would be acquired by Broker Network in October last year, the firm indicated that its sights were set on rapid expansion – and that push for growth has taken another step forward today.
Broker Network’s first regional partner has announced the acquisition of Southampton-based commercial broker Taylor Beaumont – its third acquisition since becoming a Broker Network partner.
Taylor Beaumont is a construction and general commercial business specialist based in North Baddesley that places over £5 million GWP. Vincent Gardner, Finch’s managing director, believes the firm will be a perfect fit.
“It remains our ambition to work with quality local brokers and this deal helps strengthen our business in Southampton,” he said.
“I have always admired Denis’ strong client relationship ethos which has been at the heart of this business from day one. I’m looking forward to working with Denis and the Taylor Beaumont team to ensure we continue to provide their customers with the personal service they have come to expect.”
Finch Group employs over 60 people and manages around £27 million GWP.
