Structural defects warranty specialist Advantage Home Construction Insurance (AHCI) is steadily growing its technical team.
The Warrington-headquartered firm said it has augmented the unit with six recruits over the past six months, with roles ranging from junior surveyors to RICS Chartered surveyors. AHCI believes the new team members will position the company for further expansion this year.
“Our technical section has developed within the last few months and now boasts five Chartered and qualified regional warranty surveyors together with two trainee warranty surveyors, which provides our client base with both technical and site support throughout the duration of the design and build process,” noted AHCI director of technical Simon Cooper (pictured).
Meanwhile, in addition to the technical team’s growth, the latent defects insurance company has also been recruiting non-technical staff and has opened a new office in the South East as well.
Founded nearly five years ago, AHCI covers both commercial and residential properties. Projects range in scale from individual one-off houses to developments with a build cost in excess of £50 million.
Amid increased demand for its services, the enterprise said its directors “plan to make more new hires in 2019, creating more highly skilled well-paid jobs in Warrington.”
AHCI also has offices in Birmingham and London.
