Legal and business services provider DWF has added Darren Goldman (pictured left) and Antonio Herrera Sancho (pictured right) to its insurance claims management and adjusting (CMA) business as North America head and Spain claims director, respectively.

“We are thrilled to welcome Darren and Antonio to DWF’s CMA team,” said CMA global head Paul Cowen when the new hires were introduced. “Their expertise and proven track records will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and enhance our client offerings.

“These appointments highlight our commitment to international growth and excellence in claims management.”

Most recently strategic partnerships director at Santalucia, Sancho brings more than two decades of banking and insurance experience to DWF and is the company’s first CMA hire in Spain. His credentials include time spent at Aon, HomeServe, Allianz, RTS, and Legalitas.

“DWF’s strong CMA practice and growth strategy closely aligns with my own vision and values,” he declared. “My experience across the insurance industry including underwriting, assistance companies, TPAs (third-party administrators), and major brokers equips me to strengthen and diversify the CMA offering.”

Goldman, meanwhile, makes the switch from the International Programs Group after serving as president. His 27 years of insurance industry experience includes the general manager role at QBE Services in Canada. At DWF, Goldman will be in charge of CMA in North America, joining around 70 claims management and adjusting colleagues in Chicago, Charlotte, Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.

He commented: “I am excited to lead the talented CMA team as the regional director for the North American business. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive innovation and deliver outstanding support to our growing client base.”

The integrated CMA unit within DWF operates across the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Canada, the US, Australia, and – with Sancho’s addition – Spain. The appointments come on the heels of the firm’s swoop for claims management business Proclaim in Australia.
