Ageas UK has hired its first-ever head of home and supplier relationships as part of the insurer’s claims proposition.
Taking on the new claims post is William Quibell (pictured), whose personal lines insurance experience spans over 26 years with firms like RSA, Crawford & Company, Legal & General, and Admiral. He most recently served as supply chain & loss adjusting services head.

“This new role gives me the opportunity to work with an excellent, established team to build even better relationships with our suppliers and continue to evolve and elevate the experience of our customers.”
Linklater, meanwhile, cited the key hire’s invaluable know-how.
The claims director said: “I’m delighted to welcome William to our team.
“His expertise and experience in personal lines insurance will be invaluable in developing and enhancing our claims journeys for our home insurance customers, ensuring that we continue to deliver on our strategic priority of building outstanding claims capability.”
Headquartered in Eastleigh, the UK personal lines business insures around four million customers.
