Zurich has a new head of commercial insurance for the UK in the form of Robert Kuchinski (pictured).
The AIG alumnus became part of Zurich in 2017 in his capacity as global head of property & energy. Kuchinski’s more than three decades of experience includes time spent as international property head at Allied World.
Meanwhile a familiar face from Allianz has come onboard this month to serve as Zurich UK’s head of retail. David Martin, who was with the former for 17 years and whose switch was announced last November, will be in charge of Zurich’s British branch network.
“I am delighted to announce Robert’s appointment to head of commercial insurance in the UK and to welcome David to the team,” commented Zurich UK chief executive Tulsi Naidu.
“They are deep experts with proven leadership strength, strong relationships, and an impressive track record in our market. These appointments position our business strongly for the next stage of development and growth.”
