The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is now accepting applications for the 2019-2020 edition of its New Generation Group programme.
Interested CII members who have made significant strides in their professional development will get the chance to collaborate on a project they believe could make a difference to the insurance profession.
Forty successful candidates will be grouped into the areas of claims, underwriting, broking, and the London Market. The flagship talent scheme features set development sessions.
“The CII’s New Generation programme always attracts the most impressive talent in the profession,” said managing director Keith Richards.
“The programme is a great networking opportunity and will help equip these individuals with the skills they need to thrive with their careers and the projects they work on will also help to shape the future of the profession.”
The so-called rising stars will need to have line manager approval to participate. Applications are welcome until August 09, 2019.
