Vista Insurance Brokers has added two internal hires to its newly formed executive team amid continued growth and to recognise the duo’s commitment over the years.
Promoted to director of corporate and director of schemes and affinity partnerships, respectively, are Ross Hayden (pictured left) and Richard Whitham (pictured right), who will join chief executive Gavin Ruben, chief operating officer June Hibbins Ball, chief financial officer Peter Rusby, and directors Peter Warburton and Vaughan Rudd.
“I am truly thrilled to announce both these promotions,” Ruben said in an emailed release. “This news marks a new phase in our development. The new structure is key to delivering our long-term plans, and it’s always amazing to be able to promote people within the business because of their hard work and dedication to the company.
“These are exciting times for Vista, and we continue to look ahead to future plans and further growth for the rest of 2023 and beyond.”
Hayden previously served as corporate head while Whitham was head of creative (South). The latter will be driving the company’s schemes proposition across hospitality, creative, and affinities, including Northwest Landlords Association, with expansion into new areas. They will be supported by new client service executives and client managers for the corporate and creative functions.
Manned by 45 people, Vista operates from offices in Manchester, Birmingham, and London.
