Vista Insurance Brokers has enhanced its services in the recruitment sector by naming Gary Brotherton (pictured above) as the new head of recruitment insurance.
Brotherton joins Vista with a significant background in the recruitment industry, having previously held positions at Kingsbridge as a development executive and at Marsh Commercial for a duration of nine years, where he collaborated with some of the industry's leading firms.
As per his LinkedIn, Brotherton also had a prior role at NW Risk Solutions, where he worked as broking manager. He also held a nine-year role at Blackfriars Group as a commercial broker.
Brotherton, reflecting on his new role, conveyed his excitement about joining Vista, especially as the company nears its tenth anniversary.
“I can’t wait to get going at an insurance broker ‘created to shake up the Insurance industry’ and to work with our clients and insurer partners to bring that ethos to the recruitment sector,” he said.
This move, Vista explains, is part of the company's broader strategy to fuel sales growth in its key areas of focus, which include recruitment, corporate business solutions, private equity, tech & life science, construction, and international insurance.
Mark Thomas, Vista’s director of sales, also expressed the company's enthusiasm about Gary's joining, noting his impressive track record.
“Vista remains committed to expanding into selected niche sectors, and we are confident that with Gary leading the Recruitment risks team we will grow our footprint within the sector successfully,” Thomas said.
