United Insurance Brokers (UIB) has appointed Keith Gribben to replace Keith Anderson as group financial director effective immediately.
Prior to UIB, Gribben held senior financial leadership positions at
Aon and Aegon from 2006. For a decade before that he also worked in other sectors, specialising in financial planning.
Based in UIB’s London office, Gribben will work in close support of United Insurance Brokers Limited chief executive Shaun Barrington, as well as UIB International Limited CEO international Tony Dilley.
“I am excited by the opportunity and the challenge and look forward to helping drive the business both in the UK and internationally,” said the key hire.
Group chairman Bassem Kabban noted that Gribben is highly respected in the market and brings a wealth of relevant experience.
His predecessor, Anderson,
has moved to
Integro Insurance Brokers to serve as UK chief financial officer.

UIB, an international insurance and reinsurance Lloyd’s broker, employs 300 people worldwide.
