The Clear Group has promoted a handful of key executives to help lead the growing business.
Those moving up include group human resources director Victoria Canton, who will join Clear’s group operating board. Meanwhile, Jitendra Patel, who served as general counsel at Brokerbility, will now be responsible for a range of legal and regulatory duties across the wider group in his new capacity as Clear’s group general counsel.

Meanwhile, subject to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval, BHIB managing director Julie Walker has been appointed to the board of BHIB. Also subject to FCA’s greenlight is the appointment of Julie Rayson-Flynn as director within Brokerbility’s main board.
Reporting to Clear board director Ian Stutz, Rayson-Flynn will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Brokerbility network.
“These latest promotions to our senior management team are well deserved and will play an important part in supporting the next phase of our growth strategy,” said Clear group chief executive Mike Edgeley. “The promotions also demonstrate our ongoing commitment of recognising and developing internal talent at all levels across the group.”
