Paul Pancham, claims director at Tesco Underwriting Ltd, is joining the board of Activate Group Limited (AGL) as non-executive director.
A specialist in integrated supply chain solutions, Pancham will support the insurer solutions provider on new projects and fundraising, as well as mentoring senior management. He will provide the company – which is also involved in fleet and risk management – with specialist knowledge, skills, and assistance.
The new board member has been responsible for multi-billion insurance claims spend across multiple products in both personal and commercial lines. He has worked for the likes of Jaguar Landrover, BMW, and Norwich Union/
Aviva plc, and served as chief executive at accident repair firm DWS.
“We are delighted to welcome Paul Pancham to AGL,” said AGL chairman Mark Wilcox. “He is a highly effective business leader with a proven track record of developing industry-leading solutions across the insurance and customer service sectors.”
