Spring Insure (Spring), a specialist financial and professional lines managing general agent (MGA), has named seasoned financial lines broker Bethany Thomas as a senior underwriter.
Thomas (pictured) has 14 years of experience as a financial lines broker. She joined Spring Insure from Protean Risk, where she held senior roles such as account director and team leader. Previously, she worked at MGB Insurance Brokers, where she managed financial institution clients.
In her new role at Spring Insure, Thomas will lead the MGA’s UK financial lines and commercial directors and officers (D&O) team. Commenting on her appointment, she said she looks forward to working with the team to establish Spring Insure as a leading MGA.
“I’ve been really impressed with the rapid growth and development of Spring to date across the three jurisdictions it operates,” Thomas said.
