Covéa Insurance has hired another new face, appointing Siddharth Gulati to the role of small business underwriting manager.
Gulati will be responsible for the growth of Covéa’s small business product range and oversee all underwriting activity within the division. Gulati previously worked as a business manager at
AIG, and before that held several portfolio management, pricing and actuarial roles at
RSA.
Covéa’s Head of Small Business Tim Grant said he was delighted to welcome Gulatito the team.
“Over the next few months we will be launching our new ‘best of breed’ products to enhance our already strong proposition, Sid’s portfolio management and pricing knowledge and experience will be a valuable asset for us,” he said.
A statement from Covéa said the company’s investment in its small business team will give their brokers a broader range of products.
Covéa has made a number of hires recently to accelerate growth in the company, including the
appointment of Carol Geldard to personal lines director and
new managers for the company’s regional branches.
