Ever wondered about which insurer is positioned as the top London market brand? Gracechurch Consulting has just opened that golden envelope.
And the winner is… Liberty Specialty Markets. The company has finished in top spot in the Insurindex 2023 London Market brand index, collaborated by independent research.
According to the consulting giant, the rankings are gathered based on a measure of market share and so-called ‘share of mind’ – that is where respondents are asked to name the first three companies in the market which jump into their minds. The rankings are updated annually.
According to Phil Hobbs, president and managing director of Liberty Specialty Markets, the recognition comes after a significant investment.
“We are very pleased to be recognised for our contribution to and influence in the London insurance market,” he said. “We have invested in our brand over many years and have been making steady progress in building relevance and awareness. This accolade is testament to the hard work and commitment which our employees demonstrate at every level of the business.”
Meanwhile, Ben Bolton, managing director at Gracechurch Consulting, noted the company’s “long-term commitment” and investment in its brand.
