Insurance Business has released this year’s top insurance employers in the UK, organisations that excelled across several metrics.
The Insurance Business UK (IBUK) team found and recognised the best employers in the UK insurance industry by inviting organisations to fill out an employer survey, which asked the participants to explain their various offerings and practices.
Afterwards, employees from nominated companies filled out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The nominated organisations were considered in the list if they reached the minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Those that achieved a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees made it to IBUK’s Top Insurance Employers for 2023 report.
