“Thousands of learners invest time and energy to take CII qualifications each year in the knowledge that their success will be internationally recognised, helping them to advance their professional skills, their careers and to better serve their clients. I would like to congratulate everyone who has achieved success this year, alongside the 33 individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance. Our winners should be very proud of their achievements,” CII president Russell Higginbotham said.
Patrice Rolle, who achieved the best result in the CII’s Advanced insurance broking unit 930 on completion of the Advanced Diploma in Insurance qualification and bagging the David John Hine memorial prize, spoke of pride in the results achieved.
“I was determined to pass, and I made a lot of sacrifices which wasn’t easy but it paid off. This prize helps to set me apart among my peers, demonstrating my hard work and dedication, as well as my knowledge and skills,” Rolle said.
Elsewhere, the CII also recently published findings from its latest Public Trust Index, showing record-breaking customer satisfaction level for a particular type of insurance.
