How does one measure the effectiveness of their employee programs and initiatives?
Insurance Business UK allows you to assess how well your company is doing in terms of employee satisfaction through the fourth annual Top Insurance Employers.
This report involves two phases. The first phase is an employer form that allows participants to fill in details about outstanding programs they currently have in place. The second phase is an employee form that gets feedback from the participating company’s employees and will be provided in October.
The employer survey is accepting entries until next Friday, September 22.
The Top Insurance Employers report will be published in Insurance Business UK in February 2024.
