Specialist insurance broker Quote Detective, which recently moved to a bigger office as part of its rapid expansion plans, has found an ally in Premium Credit.
Tapped to continue as the premium finance provider of the Gwent-based firm, Premium Credit said the insurance intermediary sees their partnership as a catalyst to further accelerate business growth while at the same time adding a new dimension to customer service.
To allow the consistent offering of finance for every policy written by Quote Detective, as well as to provide digital self-service for customer payments, Premium Credit’s technology has been integrated into the broker’s systems and processes.
“Being able to offer our customers the option to spread the cost of their insurance premiums, simply and conveniently, is a welcome addition in what we offer – it’s a great, more affordable alternative,” commented Quote Detective co-founder and director Craig Dunckley.

For 2019, Quote Detective has set a £4 million income target.
