Quote Detective’s current workforce of 80 people now being based in a new office big enough for double the number of employees only means one thing – the Gwent specialist insurance broker will be hiring.
In fact, the business has revealed its plan to recruit 40 executives by the end of 2019. The announcement coincides with the company’s move to larger premises within Mamhilad Park Estate, which has been Quote Detective’s home since its relocation to the business park two years ago.
At the time the insurance business had a team of 12 people. Now it operates from the 7,000 sq ft Cwmbran House office that has space for 160 employees.
“With our move and expansion we are now looking for people in sales, customer services, compliance, accounts, and IT programming,” said Quote Detective chief executive David Harlow.
“We need to recruit all three disciplines, and no previous experience is required for many positions. We provide comprehensive training and promote future managers from within.”
