Specialist loss adjusting and claims handling company QuestGates has gone full-blown global.
The firm, which operates throughout the UK and Ireland and has a network of international partners, has joined global loss adjuster and claims management provider vrs Adjusters. QuestGates said it has been selected as vrs Adjusters’ UK and Ireland representative.
“Our business model of identifying services where technical expertise, innovation, and high levels of bespoke service delivery are key has been highly successful, enabling us to grow substantially – organically and by acquisition and selected recruitment,” noted QuestGates managing director Chris Hall. “However, the fact that we were not able to fully service clients’ operations on a global basis has restricted our ability to compete, particularly in the real estate and environmental arenas.
“Our acquisition in 2017 of Hyperion Adjusters, which already operated on a global basis using vrs Adjusters, has demonstrated the benefits of being part of a like-minded global organisation.”
Enjoying annual revenue in excess of €250 million, vrs Adjusters is present in 140 countries with more than 300 offices and a workforce of 2,500 people.
“As one of the most strategic insurance hubs in the world, a huge amount of global insurance programmes are initiated in the UK, so we are proud to welcome QuestGates to our organisation, providing us with a strong partner in the region,” said vrs Adjusters president Tancrède Stagnara. “We offer a truly global proposition and our experts throughout the world are highly regarded for their experience and expertise.
“Adding QuestGates to our organisation demonstrates that we continue to grow our capabilities as well as our enthusiasm and passion, which has long been the keystone to our success.”
Meanwhile Hall added that vrs Adjuster members share the same strategic principles as QuestGates, namely an owner-managed structure and focus on specialist claims.
